Trigonella Foenum-Graecum- Among the spices, being used to boost color and flavor of the food, (Trigonella foenum-graecum) fenugreek is an important one. This seed spice is also used for therapeutic purpose in many conventional systems as gastric stimulant, antibacterial, anti diabetic agent against anorexia, and as a galactogogue.
